American Massage Therapy Association – Michigan Chapter

The Massage Therapy program at Everest in Grand Rapids graciously invited AMTA-MI 1st VP Meida Olliviera and 3rd VP Jerry Lundgren to present AMTA benefits to their classes. The dynamic duo were warmly recieved and presented to 21 students in the morning class and 10 students in the afternoon class, with pizza and networking on the break. The students were happy to be informed, and FOUR joined that day online, with four more pledging to join within the next week.

 This is what a member-driven organization can do, volunteers inform with enthusiasm and personal attention, and make contacts that will lead to new members who are excited to be a part of AMTA. We are proud of our new members, and proud of our dedicated volunteers. We look forward to meeting the graduates and the night class at a later date.
